Study on the Association of Soil Microbial Diversity at the Molecular Level
Fleming Research Institute of Life Sciences
Soil microbial diversity is an important component of Earth's biodiversity. Soil is the most complex heterogeneous system in the natural environment, which determines the diversity of soil microdomain environment and the high diversity of soil microorganisms. In this study microorganisms were extracted from the soil, and their biological functions were studied, which provides a key way to study the association of soil microbial diversity.
The microbial technology team of Nan Yang Academy of Sciences in Singapore collaborates with the molecular biology technical teams of related scientific institutions to analyze the biological function of soil microorganisms and other characteristic parameters to achieve a molecular-level study on the association of soil microbial diversity. The research was supported by the Nan Yang Academy of Sciences.
