Dr. Mienda is a Senior Lecturer in Federal University Dutse at Nigeria. He received his PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Malaysia in 2016.
 

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr. Mienda's expertise is Microbial Systems Metabolic Engineering & Synthetic Biology, Microbial Genome-Scale Metabolic Model (GEM), Microbial Strain Development for Biofuels & Chemical Productions, Genomics & Biomodel Engineering, Computational Biology, and Bioinformatics.
 

ACHIEVEMENTS

Dr. Mienda received an Award for Excellence (Grade B1) achievement in PhD thesis from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia on 23rd February, 2016. He also received the Best Student Award, based on excellent academic achievement in conjunction with the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia 56th Convocation Ceremony on 22nd April 2016.
