Academician Huang Xiaoyong:
Mr.Huang Xiaoyong, born in November 1956, graduated from Renmin University of China with a major in World Economics in 1982. He was the Dean of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a professor and a doctoral tutor，and concurrently served as the Vice President of the National Japanese Economic Association and the Vice President of the China Urban Development Research Association，director of International Energy and Security Research Center of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of MPA Education Center， amongst other positions conferred.
