Research objectives:

This Research Project aims to explore the transformative role of smart technologies and computational intelligence in reshaping agricultural economics and global trade dynamics. With the growing integration of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and big data analytics into agricultural systems, there is an urgent need to understand their economic implications, policy relevance, and impact on trade, productivity, and sustainability. We invite high-quality contributions that investigate how intelligent systems support decision-making in agricultural production, enhance supply chain efficiency, forecast market trends, and drive innovation in policy formulation. Interdisciplinary research, case studies, models, and frameworks that bridge technology with agricultural economics are particularly encouraged. This research serves as a platform for researchers, economists, technologists, and policy makers to share novel insights and practical approaches that can guide the future of agri-food systems.
